All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, plus a collection fee if collection is required.

We do not accept returns / exchanges on any gates, arch top fence panels or double sided fence panels

Please note we will NOT collect concrete posts and base panels for returns, it is not practical or safe for us to hand load concrete items back onto the van 

Custom sizes / made to measure and special orders are non returnable or refundable, this includes all gates, arch top fence panels and double sided fence panels. You are responsible for your own measurements when ordering custom items  

All items for return must be in the same condition as they were when they left our premises and returned within 7 days of purchase
